We make every effort to show our water purifiers, water softeners, RO plants, water dispensers, spare parts and solar water heaters accurately. Product images, specifications and colours may vary slightly from the actual product.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed only after we accept it and confirm it to you. We may decline or cancel an order in cases such as pricing errors, stock unavailability or incomplete delivery details.

Payments must be made using the payment methods offered by us, and the details you provide must be accurate and belong to you.

Delivery and installation

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by location and availability. Installation is carried out by our trained technicians, as offered with the product you purchase.

• Please make sure the installation site has the required water supply, power supply and plumbing points.
• Any additional civil, plumbing or electrical work may be chargeable.

Warranty

Our products carry a warranty as stated on the product warranty card or invoice. The warranty covers manufacturing defects during the warranty period.

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or power and water supply fluctuations.
• It does not cover repairs by unauthorised persons or the use of non-genuine spare parts.
• Consumable parts such as filters and membranes are covered as specified on the warranty card.

Service and AMC

Our service team provides installation, maintenance and repair support. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are available for selected products, and their coverage, duration and charges are as stated in the AMC agreement provided to you.

We recommend using genuine spares and servicing your product regularly for safe, long-lasting performance.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellation, return and refund requests are handled as per the policy communicated at the time of purchase. Products that are installed, used or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for return.

Approved refunds are made through the original payment method within a reasonable time.
